M&A Insurance has become firmly established as a risk management tool for both private equity investors and corporates.  Deal parties and their advisers are increasingly aware of the versatility of the product to structure transactions and mitigate the associated financial risks.

Our M&A Team has been dedicated to providing innovative and bespoke M&A policies since 2013, and has already provided insurance solutions for over 500 transactions.  While our focus is providing warranty and indemnity insurance for European and UK acquisitions, we also have extensive experience of transactions in other jurisdictions.  

ANV underwrites M&A Insurance on behalf of a panel of insurers comprised of (a) capacity from a number of Lloyd's Syndicates, and (b) company market capacity from the AmTrust Group.
